ACASA Programs

Graduate Program
(GRASP)

Seeks to assist graduates who are struggling to get admission to their prospective post-graduate degrees and those who lack technical and supervisory support from their respective universities.

Mentorship Program (MP)

Seeks to assist graduates struggling with a certain phase of their graduate studies and who are unable to attend workshops.

Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)

Assists small holder farmers in the production, market access and collaboration with Chinese farmers and institutions

Xiaoshun Qin

CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Qualifications:

MBA in Shanxi Normal University and Ph.D. (Risk Management) students, University of Pretoria.

Experience:

Xiaoshun Qin is a Chairperson and CEO of ACASA. Mr. Qin has 20+ years of experience in lecturing at Weifang University of Science and Technology in China. Film and Television Center-assistant director Vice chairman of Xibei MBA association, and Bohai Education Group-president.

Prof. Victor Mmbengwa​

TREASURER

Qualifications:

Ph.D.: Agricultural Economics (Free State University) and MSc Agric: Animal Science (University of Free State), Masters in Development studies (Free State University), BSc Agric(University of Venda).​

Experience:

Prof VM Mmbengwa is a Ph.D. supervisor in the Free State University, Northwest University, University of Zululand, Uganda Technology Management University (UTMU), MANCOSA and Binary University of Management & Entrepreneurship in Malaysia, He is an external examiner for both South African Universities and universities abroad. Prof Mmbengwa has 20+ years of experience in econometrics, research development, and facilitation. He is a treasurer of ACASA ​

Brian Ndou

DIRECTOR

Qualifications:

Masters. Management, entrepreneurship, and New Venture Creation at Wits University, B. Sc. Chemistry, and Biochemistry: Limpopo University.

Experience:

He has 19 years in business. He also managed WRS events. CEO of AYADA and Director of ACASA.

Rotondwa Mudau​

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

BCom degree in Financial Management (University of South Africa) and National Diploma in Marketing at Tshwane University of Technology.

Experience:

Rotondwa is a coordinator of GRASP at ACASA, and she was a Personal Financial Advisor at Old Mutual Financial Service, Personal Financial Assistant at ABSA bank and Communications-Internship at NAMC.
